By accessing or using Lumavori, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Lumavori is an adult learning platform operated by KnightByrd Tech LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Lumavori is designed exclusively for adult learners (18 years of age and older). Each account represents one adult learner and is non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Lumavori only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You may not share, resell, or redistribute platform content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform’s functionality. Oren’s AI-generated guidance is provided for educational support only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or immigration advice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase (monthly or one-time). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. One-time payment tracks (Citizenship Track, AI Literacy Certificate) are non-refundable after content access begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All Lumavori content, including curriculum, Oren’s AI responses, branding, and platform design, is the intellectual property of KnightByrd Tech LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
